App Permissions with Marshmallow

I noticed with Marshmallow I must give permission to use many of my apps before they work properly. My problem is when I restart my phone for any reason or run out of battery it asks me for those permissions all over again. This means until I give those permissions my alarm sounds go back to default, my WiFi calling doesn't work and so on until I try using them and it asks me to allow the permission again. I find this a major pita.

The worse is Yelp as it won't ask for permission unless you uninstall or clear cache + data. Without permissions it won't find current location
