App saying it's incompatible when I have already installed in the past

hi!
hope someone here can help me out.
i previously had the TD Canada banking app installed and working fine.
i had an issue yesterday whereby i needed to hard reset my phone.
now the app is saying it's incompatible with my devices. it also says it's installed, as you can tell from the capture from the Play store attached.
so what can i do? did resetting my phone remove the app but keep some info in a registry somewhere so it thinks its still installed?

for reference, it's a HTC One S registered to Bell in Canada.

What does it show on Google play on the phone?

it doesn't even come up in the search (i assume because it thinks it's incompatable it doesn't list it)
