App that displays that you have a waiting voice mail message on lock screen

My friend has a Note 3 and she wants to be able to see if she has any waiting voice mail messages on her lock screen. Does anyone know of any app or widget that she can install that will do this for her?

(I posted this in the Note 3 forum but I'm not sure there's much traffic over there so I thought I'd ask here)

Not sure about that kind of an app but assuming your friends device has been updated, you can install Lightflow which is an LED notifcation app. Press and swipe down on the lockscreen notifcation to see the type of notiifcation.
