App to show a ring around cutout when camera is in use?

Is there app app that when your camera is on, a little ring will appear across the cutout? It would be super useful to know when the camera is on or off. Thanks!

I'm not sure what all it will do, but Samsung's Galaxy Store has an edge lighting app that can give you different effects for your hole punch. If their official app doesn't offer anything for this I doubt you'll find a third party app that will. This is kind of an odd request as your screen would display the camera image if the camera was open...
