App wont open.

My phone says i have an app in the settings, its not with the rest of my apps and i cant open it. Please help.

(Ive also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that didn't work.)

Welcome to the forums. Did you download it from the Play Store or somewhere else? Where do you live?

I downloaded it off the playstore and i live in Springfield Mo.

I'd recommend you to install the official app from the Play Store and see if it works. Sideloaded apps can be unreliable and in some cases a security risk.
