Apple allowing new lines with unlimited?

So seems apple.com no longer allows to add new line to get UDP....so does anyone know if the following will work.....can I go to an apple store and have them add new line with my existing plan which is UDP. I know I would get new number with new line. Then I would cancel my current line since I am not under contract. Will that work?

It won't work. Verizon is preventing anyone with Nationwide Family Plan from adding a line. They have shutdown this loophole.
