She didn't though, and that's what people fail to see. Her rulings were consistent throughout, to both Apple and Samsung. People actually following the trial were the first ones to shoot down any notion of Apple getting preferential treatment, and cited the sheer number of apple motions she denied before and during the trial.

How many people in the population has an iPhone? How many of the jurors had an iPhone? I think it has an impact, but even if the jurors had mostly android, it would have an effect the other way just like s3 android lovers are for Samsung and apple heads are for apple in the case.

None had iPhones. Most had dumbphones, and most were LG, if I remember correctly. A few had Macs, but most had Windows PCs. (including the foreman)
