Where do they get these reviewers from? I doubt if they print a correction as I asked in my comment.

DPI wise, they are similar. Samsung is 300DPI, The larger iWatch is right around 302DPI while the smaller one is about 290DPI. You can't judge just on resolution alone for PQ. DPI or pixel density is what matters.
