Apps automatically opening

Oh Em Gee! This is driving me insane.... Why in the h3ll are random apps opening (or at least showing in the task killer). It's driving me nuts... Apps are showing up in the Advanced Task Killer that I've not even opened. I've killed them a million times and they just keep re-opening or at least they keep showing up in the Task Killer app. What's the deal here?

What apps are they? Could be bloatware. Not sure. Try using the stock task manager and see if the same stuff pops up.

The stock task manager doesn't show what the Advanced Task Killer program shows is running... Why does everyone recommend Advanced Task Killer if it shows applications that are actually not running?

That's what I kind of figured would happen. Honestly i I've heard and read that android 2.2 and above does not need the advanced task killer. That being said I find Samsung task manager to work perfectly fine actually showing me running apps that I sometimes need to kill. I would just uninstall it.
