Apps opening on their own (Samsung Pay and others)

The day before, I received the S10+ and set up the essentials to include making sure that the anti-accidental touches were enabled. Everything seemed to go well until the next day.

It seems like every time I went to reach for the phone when the display was dark, it would bring up Samsung Pay. I then went into the Samsung Pay setting to turn off the feature when the screen was dark. That seemed to work for a short period of time before the issue reappeared.

On other occasions, I would reach for my phone when it was in my front shirt pocket and the screen would be on and the app drawer would open.

Every night I power down my phone and then power it back up to make sure that might phone would not be quirky the following day.

Any suggestions? Ideas?

Set up a lock screen other than None or Swipe.

When you pull the phone out of your pocket do you pick it up by the glass of the phone? I think that also might be a contributing factor. I also place the phone in my shirt pocket. Not sure if it faces inward or outward but I suspect that the shirt pocket only covers part of the phone. So that might be the other problem.
