Apps to SD card question.

Hey guys, I have been searching up and down and can't find an answer.

What happens when you move apps to your SD card, do a wipe, install new rom, and restore apps and application data from Titanium? What happens to the apps on the SD card?

Reason is because I got Kinged Kingdoms Rom (awesome BTW), but freaking MMS is not downloading. So after searching I found out to NOT restore messages from Titanium Backup -- BUT I moved a bunch of apps to my sd card.

Just wipe data on the messaging app and be done with it. I'm pretty sure that info gets wiped when you do the full wipe. Might be wrong but if so, I'd have alot of clutter on my sd card which there isn't.
