Apps won't download or update on internet pass through-htc one v

I have an issue were apps from play store won't download or update when using internet pass-through (data cable). It worked couple days ago it just won't download it says "waiting for network" and it is stuck there forever and nothing happens. But internet is connected, i can browse internet, update weather and stuff just apps wont download.

Please help...

Exactly the same problem here, except my phone is the HTC Incredible S

Exactly the same problem here, except my phone is the HTC sensation XL

Ice cream sandwich update is a complete failure

I can't run apps or updates since the forced upgrade installation
