Is anyone really surprised?

Was the launch a failure?
The thing was bugged+it sold out in like a second.

They managed to create quite a buzz around it but to wait another month for it seems like they have lost the tablet race

Anyway I guess that the whole chinese tablet race should calm down soon.

does any body know if there are any wireless gamepads or controllers that are compatable cuz i know it has a full usb,

I bought it, I'm installing updates..system not froyo! But when cyanogen completes his rom I'll add it........as far as other android tabs, this one has 800mhz which is less than my evo but more than most of the low end android pads....don't buy this expecting iPad like experience, it is resistive, uses stylus but isn't bad at all for $150 and it's fun to have an android tab! Go buy it

The thing that kills me is that they put something on sale that wasn't available in any of the stores near me. Then they lied to me saying the thing sold out when I talked to the manager the day before who told me they never got any in and probably weren't going to get any in at all.

Kmart tablet

first of all this is my 2nd Chinese tablet attempt - the first was a gift. I swear that I was able to install one or two apps before the market stopped delivering. Is there no hope that we'll either de-throne Google market or somehow get the apps elsewhere. I pay for the good ones. Don't those developers want to sell them? Does anyone know why Google (normally one of my favs) is being such as***** about the tablet thing?

Me Hero and EVO work fabulously! Are we trying to kill Android?

If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it. I was about to drop some money on an 8 or 10 inch Android tablet until this fiasco. And some of you are just flat wrong about the machine itself. It's really pretty nice. Not capacitive but it plays a mean video. and 2.1 is great.

Augen admitted yesterday to engadget that this was a fake. Google, never blessed this tablets release so Augen went and used and remodled android system and delievered it anyways hoping they would correct the bugs.

They got caught and have to pull it from the shelves now. I will try to find the link...

No, it comes with 2.1
It's already rooted and market fix working.
Cyanogen mod is rumored to be supporting it sometime in the future.
