Are there any differences between tmobile's s4 and at&t's s4?

That is a difficult question and much more involved than most people are able to answer correctly. This is my answer: There are technical differences that are hard to overcome. Example - BLU has recently started puttung the AT&T LTE bands in some of their phones. Because BLU is not redtrained by Carrier BS, their phones are built to funcion with bith AT&T and T-Mobile perfectly. However, HTC, Samsung, LG, etc, are all built Carrier specific. And while both AT&R and T-Mobile have several common LTE bands, there are technicalities involved that keep them from being 100% compatible. Also, the band info in the other replies here is not correct. For instance AT&T does have LTE on bands 2, 4, 5 and 17 while T-Mobile does not have band 17 - 700mhz; they use band 12. Regardless, a universal phone like BLU will switch perfectly between both carriers relative to the bands programmed in; whereas HTC, Samsung, etc will not. If you are localized and get what you need, then you are ok. But if you travel extensively as I do, you will not be happy. You should try and aquire a phone built specifically for your carrier, or try a BLU, which is unfortunately the only independant manufacturer at this time who builds a multicarrier unlocked LTE phone.
