Naked. I've never used a case or screen protector on any phone I've ever had. The only thing I carry in my phone pocket is my phone. If you never rub anything harder than your phone against your phone you can never damage it and I've never damaged a phone. My 3D looks as pristine and new as when I unboxed it a year ago.

It all depends on the feel of the phone. I generally don't use protection, unless it feels uncomfortable and slippery in my hands.

Were still talking phones, right?

I'm torn. On weekdays I have an office job and could probably safely shirt pocket carry without a case. On Saturdays I have a part time job that is a little more physical and I worry about having the phone in either shirt or pants pocket without some protection. Was looking at the seidio convert cases but want to see some user reviews.

Used to use skins over case to keep sleek profile. Ever since Gorilla glass type screens no real need for the skin either. Naked, Nude, and Exposed...

Going to go with a TPU Case. I used to do the otterbox and body glove thing but it just adds to much "Geek". If you need it then you need it but since I got the Razr and Epic 4g Touch and put a TPU case on it I havent had one scratch or whatsoever plus it doesn't take away from the sleekness of the device, and its cheap.

I will most likely go naked, but would be open to using a case if I see one that doesn't add much bulk and I like the design of...

I always put a case on to preserve resale value

I need a case for mines, they keep getting thinner and thinner and I got big hands! I like the TPU cases they give just enough thickness and grip, that's what I'm using on my Epic Touch now

Naked .. ish. I want to get a Zagg Invisible Shield once it's available. Still concerned about scratching the back camera lens with putting in my pocket. But that pocket only has my phone and nothing else, but still..

I've always used a cell phone condom ever since I've had my OG Evo 4G on launch day. No screen protector.

HTC Vertical Sleeve Pouch - Black Original (OEM) 70H00205-00M

I'm a little nervous about the unique dimensions of the Evo LTE vs. One X. I really hope HTC has a similar pouch like they do for the One X... But for the Evo 4G LTE.

HTC PO S650 Slip Pouch for HTC One X

This is a bad thing about Sprint going rouge - limited OEM options.

I used the small orange pouch that came with my Palm Pre. Still am actually! I really like this option you mentioned. Thanks for sharing that. Hopefully that works with this device as well.

I'm liking the HTC PO S650 Slip Pouch more.

I've had various cases on my OG EVO since early on but going to go caseless on the new one for a while to see how it goes. I thought the OG EVO was too thin and slippery when I got it and I had a lot of problems hitting the capacitive buttons when holding the phone. On the EVOLTE, the buttons are farther from the edge and shouldn't be a problem.

My brother has the Thunderbolt and a Qmadix ruberized shell case that is fantastic but it looks like they don't make cases for newer HTC devices. I wrote to them to ask about it but didn't get a response. If something similar comes out I may give it a shot.

I never, never use a screen protector and I will only use a barely there type of case in certain situations. I can't stand the those big ugly square Otterbox type cases, especially since i'm not an accident prone person that has not dropped a phone yet, unless on my bed or car seat.

I'll put a screen protector on it first thing out of the box then get a Case-Mate Barely There case as soon as it is released.

REALLY digging the case. I wish it was a tad cheaper...

I was originally going to do a Ballistic case, but if they are not doing an HC case, then an Otter Box Defender I will go. Until Otter releases the Defender, I am buying some bubble wrap.

I saw a case on otterbox there was 2 types both were nice ill go with one of them if sprint doesn't have any acceptable cases on launch day.

The defender has a built in screen protector.
