Are Your Cases Ready?

I saw the Nano pop the other day and I forgot I was going to look at Rinke this morning cuz so many people talk about that brand. So you got one called Casekoo that's magnetic was the ring already on the case. Cuz I'm trying to decide I'd like to get a case that already has the ring on it and I want the popsocket my grip and then I need a new car dock for my car and I'm trying to decide if I should do Magnet or not.

The Casekoo (and the similar Torras) has the ring attached and swings away from the case so it can be used as a stand or a finger grip. Not sure how sturdy it will be long term. I have seen reports that magsafe car docks can interfere with the phone compass while navigating, but it's so early there just isn't a lot of reviews to be sure. That's why I was looking at the shielded magsafe options (like Magbak and Peak Design). I have not had a magnetic case before, so I don't have any firsthand experience to report.

I had an Umbrella Cockatoo before the cell phone era. I shudder to think what that beak of his could do to a modern cellphone and case. He would definitely have had big fun while destroying it.

I'd go for the Magsafe, I like it a lot. The magnetic Popsockets are super strong, and worse case scenario (pun intended) you can just keep the case and go back to a normal popsocket.

With the Casekoo, the magnets are on the swing out ring or maybe under that ring and embedded in the case itself, not sure. So the ring can be used as a stand/grip when swung away from the case, and as a regular magnetic attachment point like other magsafe cases when flat against the case. It should work fine with a magsafe popsocket, I think. I liked that this design had a grip/stand option when nothing is attached. However, I don't know how sturdy it will be or how it will stand up to daily use.

I haven't looked at Otterbox cases yet I used to like the commuter.

CuzI'm already seeing ones that I like but it comes with a magnetic ring which I'm worried about it getting placed in the right exact spot but regardless if I get a case that already has one on it or put the one that I her with popsocket on a regular case there's not a difference in the magnetic rain whether it's already on the case or you put one on there? Maybe a dumb question but I don't know an.ything about these magsafe things. But now I want the Mag safe CD slot car dock.

I personally don't like the separate rings that attach to cases, I think there are half baked solution and you are better just going for a case with one built-in.

I've got 3 cases ordered and not a damn one in hand yet. I mean, obviously not a huge deal considering I don't have the phone but it's the delays in shipping.

Ringke shipped 2 cases on 1/17 and provided tracking but it's USPS so may as well not even look at it because according to the tracking info, the package is still stuck at "accepted" and somewhere in TX.

The CaseBorn was ordered on Amazon and was supposed to be delivered today. Well it's now expected 1/23 yet it shows that it made the trip to a hub only a couple hours from where I'm located. WTF? I can see it missing a checkpoint and getting delayed till tomorrow, but till the 23rd?

All I can say is it's a good thing I still have plenty of time to spare because I'd be up Schitt's Creek had I tried ordering a couple days before the S24U arrives.

Thanks! That's what I think and I am worried about it getting put on right. But someone mentioned this brand and a ring but when I asked about this magnet car dock on Amazon with a case with a ring on it they thought I meant a metal ring that you use as a kickstand or to hold the phone. And someone on here mentioned this brand and I didn't realize it's a ring to hold phone but also a magnet and it's pretty cool and I wanted clear but love the purple but I guess mine would look similar with purple phone in clear case but I may be getting a free caseborne clear but this is pretty. I just heard these rings are hard to hold the phone and hurt your fingers so I would still want a pop grip pop socket.

I have had such a hard time deciding on cases. I love the Ringke Onyx I have on my S23U, but didn't like the color options offered for the S24U. There are others I like and have used in the past that also had disappointing color options for the new phone, which knocked them out of consideration (silly, I know). Others I'd consider just haven't gotten their S24 cases ready to order yet (iFace and Peak Design), So I struggled with the remaining options.

I wanted to try a magnetic case - planning to use it with a wallet occasionally, and also with a magnet mount in my 5th wheel when camping (very limited space around the bed, and afraid of knocking my phone off the tiny little shelf at night). I know there may be interference with the s-pen while using accessories, but I won't be doing that often. I'm hoping the case itself won't be a problem, and bonus if my regular wireless chargers work with it. This is where I would have gotten the Peak Design (Pitaka not rugged enough, don't like the Mous case colors, Magbak ugly and slippery). I decided on the Casekoo for now. Was a toss up between this one and the nearly identical Torras.

Also wanted a basic non-magnetic case for just around the house and use with wireless chargers. I would have gotten another Ringke Onyx, but with that not an option I looked at the Caseology Parallax, Spigen Liquid Air, Torras Shockproof and Caseology Nano Pop. Picked the Nano Pop just because of the colors, other options were probably better protection wise.

So I just realized by looking at your pictures again and I was on Amazon and the Torras case came up so it is a ring to use to hold but also magnet didn't know that I love it! I was searching for Ringke and Torras came up I posed a picture above and then had to go back and find your post. And now I am curious cause they both do look the same Torras and Casekoo. Did you choose cause it was cheaper? What color did you get purple? I should get my husband the black one. I am getting one of them now and then I will get my cd holder car dock with a magnet. When will you get your case? I'm thinking I still want a pop grip not sure how that will feel holding for a lomg time I video alot of concerts and live local bands. The Torras brand did have clear if I don't get or like the caseborne one. I just better hurry and order stuff so I can have it before the phone.

You're probably right. One factory with several branding names. You see items like that on Amazon all the time. Same pictures, same descriptions, different branding.
