I have a hotmail and live email account. Both have been working great since June. Lately I've been getting "unable to send email" error. I try to refresh and or delete my live account and add the live email back and this error comes back. Has anyone else had this error and if so, how do you fix it?

Yes, I have it with my live account. I always thought it was some goof with sending an attachment since that is what I was always trying to email out. I will have to look into it more closely.

I deleted my live and hotmail account and installed both again, same error..... should I email htc and live(msn) about this problem?

Did you check to make sure the server settings/password, et cetera are correct? I tiny error can be hard to detect.

yes, i do the auto setup and it logs into my account but when I go to send something, i get that error...... it works for a bit then stops for no reason, really annoying now.

I have 4 email accounts on my phone. Worked great with 2.1. With 2.2 two of the accounts would not work. Both are work emails using gmail. I noticed I would get emails but they would not send from the phone. Then it said it had connection issues like you are having. After deleting the two and trying to re-enter them one of them finally worked. The second one I still can not get to work. It always says "Authentication failed".

So in the thread for ideas.
