art s8 plus after update problems

Well I did a update that att had last July 5 well for some reason my LTE speeds went down big time! I would average 25-35mbs down. I was getting after the update 1.3 man down. Called them and they sent me a new phone. Worked great speeds were mint now I did the update I am back to 1. Whatever up. You guys have any ideas? I hate to reboot this again I just did it after the update.
