Artifacts/glitches while watching online videos

Hi I'm experiencing weird artifacts/glitches while watching videos on YouTube, Dailymotion, and every other streaming service (even through browser). It happens on 90% of videos I watch and changing the resolution somehow fixes the problem, but this method doesn't always work. Offline videos works fine.

Factory resetting did non solved this issue.

Could it be fixed through updates or I need to switch my phone?

I think it's probably your gpu that's having issue. Mine seems to be working fine.
