AMEN, I know for weeks and weeks we would hear, "WERE ARE THE LEAKS!" or "THEY TOLD US....." got so tired of reading that. Seems the Android world gets excited on news or an impending update or OS release but they, overall, understand it will be done when it's done.
This has been discussed before...I'm sure of that. But I have been out of the country for a while....
I looked at the Froyo features, and nothing was mentioned about battery life. Does that mean this update won't do anything to affect it?

A couple people that installed the leaked version of the 720p video update have mentioned better battery life. That update is included in with Froyo, so we should all see a bit better battery life.

It's funny. I am waiting patiently for my Froyo like everyone else, but I did get an update to My Verizon on Sunday. It is actually a full working app now, with usage detail and even an upgrade eligibility graph that countsdown from 24 months to zero. I remember that this was supposed to be included in the new boot animation/720p OTA. So maybe there is some validity to this. I seem to find a new reason to love my Droid Incredible everyday!
