Assisted dialing on Galaxy S6?

Does anyone know if/where you can enable assisted dialing on the S6? Assisted dialing is what would automatically add a "+1" to a contact's phone# if you attempted to call a North American contact while in Europe (roaming).

I had to enable this on my HTC One M8 but can't find a similar setting on the Galaxy S6.

did you get an answer to this? having same problem with my galaxy s6 on cricket wireless. incoming calls have + sign in frontof them so I can dial them back.. have to go into my contacts instaed where the # is listed without the + in front of the #. I heard this can be fixed by turning off/on assisted dialing but i cant find the option in setttings of the s6.
