Asus Zenfone 2 can't get into recovery, how can i fix it?

Asus zenfone 2 cant get into recovery

Hi, I have been having issues with my phone for a few weeks. Hangs, apps crash, it locks up, turns itself on and off and the like but now it wont even turn off. I tried to wipe the cache partition but it got stuck and froze and now I cant get into the recovery menu. It tells me something like "cant mount.. etc etc" and then it goes back to the dead android guy. Can I fix it? or should I use my RMA and send it to asus. I would like to get my stuff off it if possible..

It sounds like the partition is messed up. You can probably download the Asus PC Sync software and see if it will recover it.
