Looks like the Zenfone AR was released in India today. When do we think we could expect to see one in the US? I read late June to early July, but I don't see a listing on Verizon's website. Anyone else heard anything?

Word I hear is August 3rd on Verizon.

Yeah, it's a little too late for me. I've already moved on and picked up a Pixel XL early last week. There were a handful of other phones I had my eye on, but the releases were all too late and I couldn't wait. My phone died and I needed something right then. Oh well. Hope this one does well for them.

I like the phone, but its too expensive for a phone with an 821 chip. I like to keep my phones for two years so I will wait a bit. Could change my mind if Verizon has a sell on the phone.

Is anyone in the US using this phone? I know Google killed Tango this week so this phone may be dead in the water...just wondering it it was still a useful and good phone.
