Asus zenpad 3s 10 no longer communicating with the playstore

My 3s10 will no longer download apps from the playstore. Also will no longer update existing apps. All login information is correct, and wifi connected too. Help.

Maybe resetting app preferences. Sometimes, this can help. This will be like a reset, meaning apps that have been disabled will be reenabled, and default apps will be cleared.

Have you already cleared cache/data from the Play Store as well as Download Manager in Settings>Apps​?
