Question at night the set-top box with the TV turns on automatically

Hello, I have a problem, I started using the Arris VIP 7100 android TV set-top box, at night the set-top box with the TV turns on automatically, I turned off automatic updates, turned off energy saving, now I thought I should try to remove the batteries from the remote control, maybe it has a fault

Welcome to Android Central! Check with your neighbors and see if any of them have the same kind of box. Maybe there's some crosstalk coming from their remote?

Did you get this box from your cable or ISP provider, or did you get it on your own from some other retailer?

I got the box from cable TV, I have disconnected wifi and bluetooth, it didn't help

Since it's from your cable provider, I'd suggest returning it to them in exchange for a replacement.

Since it's from your cable provider, it raises more suspicion that maybe a neighbor has the same unit, and their remote is inappropriately on the same or similar frequency. I agree with asking your provider for a replacement.
