Hello,
Going to try AT&T in a Verizon dominated area. I want AT&T to prove the service and coverage first before spending some major money. I understand GSM is so much easier to root than CDMA and AT&T is supposedly the #2 carrier in my area. Looked at the ones above i.e. Best AT&T Phones and Best AT&T Prepaid Phone, the G might be close...
Here's the shopping list:
Must be a low-cost Android, doesn't need to be a phone with a lot of features.
Must support OTG.
Must be able to tether a laptop.
Should be pretty simple, huh? Hopefully after getting the above to run, then...!
Should be a long-term root candidate (an old Linux hack, but new to rooting).
Should be close as possible to stock Android.
Have two or three models you may suggest?
TIA
