AT&T: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Just spoke on the phone with CS and they apparently knew less than this guy. They said the phone will ship when it releases, so that was unhelpful. Guess it's back to impatiently waiting!

Honestly they are all looking at the same thing we are. Problem is people thing they know a whole lot more. The process is automated. Until it ships its going to say the same thing it says on your end. But sadly some of them will tell you what you want to hear so you don't get pissed off and leave a bad review lol. The more honest answer was probably the one it will be there on or before release date.

Just got this from an online wild Maribel "Most of the orders with time frame of 08/21/2018 To 08/23/2018 for the shipment were already shipped today. Just had a customer today inquiring about this as well and his device have shipped." Update: Jesus this one tried to push direct TV on me ABORT ABORT
 
Does anyone know if it'll be fedex express or fedex ground? I have the absolute WORST fedex ground guy, but the fedex express guy is really good. If it comes ground, I might not even get it. Our guy will sign for stuff and leave it at the wrong place or he will come by 3 or 4 times because he doesn't give us all of our packages the first few times. I'm the last stop for our fedex ground guy and the first stop for fedex express.

They are shipping randomly, you wont know until you get a notification from AT&T. Some are FedEx some are UPS.

I am pretty sure it's FedEx Express. Mine says FedEx standard overnight which is usually the express class of service versus ground.

I agree with this, my FedEx ground is so trash. Ground is actually a whole other operating company from Express, so chances are if AT&T is using express for one they're gonna use it for all.

So they shipped without my credit card being charged or having a tracking number? I just can't get myself to believe that lol.
 
That's interesting. Email must be lagging behind with the tracking number lol

That could be true, but what about the credit card not being charged part? They wouldn't be able to ship without charging first. Did yours get charged?
 
I ordered the BOGO though att store on 8/11/18... still in progress...

I have a question though... we got 2 512 blues for the wife and i and opened a new line for one... guy said it BOGO... but there is no notice of it anywhere on my account i can find? And no paperwork from att store... is it just automatic BOGO if you buy 2 and open a new line?

Phones are showing as 2 seperate order numbers..

Makes me nervous not having it plainly written out that it BOGO... is this normal?
 
I'm pretty sure it's automatically applied to the account - where you get a credit towards the monthly amount of that 2nd phone, over the 18 or 24 months, whatever the term is.

I believe it is applied as a statement credit to your monthly bill.
