Hubby's blue 512 has shipped and my lavender 512 is still processing. Which makes me way sadder than it should. We ordered on the 11th.

That could be true, but what about the credit card not being charged part? They wouldn't be able to ship without charging first. Did yours get charged?

Yea mine shipped and says picked up without my credit card being charged. It'll probably hit later today. This happened on another pre-order I did also.

Ordered in store a blue 128 gig on the eve of the 10th.Got UPS tracking number and it is going out 2nd day air so I won't have mine till Thursday. I was hoping to have it tomorrow so I'm little bummed but what's one day?

Mine has shipped to. Have tracking number from fedex be here tomorrow by 3:00 PM . Getting blue 512. Looking forward to it. Great looking phone.

I ordered the BOGO though att store on 8/11/18... still in progress...

I have a question though... we got 2 512 blues for the wife and i and opened a new line for one... guy said it BOGO... but there is no notice of it anywhere on my account i can find? And no paperwork from att store... is it just automatic BOGO if you buy 2 and open a new line?

Phones are showing as 2 seperate order numbers..

Makes me nervous not having it plainly written out that it BOGO... is this normal?

I ordered the BOGO, both 512 GB. And I had the same concern, should say, still have (it's AT&T). But after talking to several agents through the chat, they confirmed it will still apply. Per the terms and conditions on the BOGO, it states the $1000 will apply towards the 512 GB. They advised me to save the chat transcript which I did, in case AT&T wants to say otherwise later on, I have proof they confirmed the BOGO will be applied to my account. Also, I got 2 different orders, same as you. Hopefully everything works out since this is also my first time doing BOGO.

My delivery time changed from 3pm to by 8pm. Not to worried, my Fedex guy usually arrives mid morning

I have a package coming from FedEx Express today unrelated to the phone and it's not here yet and it's 5:15. So I guess I'll be getting my AT&T delivery tomorrow at the end of the day.

Mine changed to shipped around 11 AM this morning. Delivery tomorrow by 4:30 with a tracking number. Can not wait!

LOL I ordered on Samsung website and mine on the website said pre ship for a good day after it actually shipped. I also had the FedEx app and was checking it regularly that's when I saw the actual tracking activity. UPS would probably work about the same way.

Anddddd mine has shipped!!! Showing delivery for Thursday via FedEx, so I guess they didn't use overnight for mine. Which is ok with me!

**EDIT** I just checked and it is indeed FedEx 2-Day. I didn't see anything called out in the tracking info, but do these require a signature? Usually they call that out if so, right?
