Using the AT&T software update it initially errored out indicating that the server was unavailable...

Re-tried and it is now downloading- 565.7MB!

CONN, RADIO... DOWNLINK IN PROGRESS... ;-)

Louisville Kentucky. Still showing phone is up to date at 4.1.2. Anyone else's phone seem to not be able to see the update?

I have unlocked AT&T HTC one , but I don't receive new 4.3 update
what can I do ?
do you have RUU ?
my phone is locked bootloader and S-on

It's still Sense 5.0 as far as HTC software. Sense 5.5 is said to be coming to the One by the end of the year.

Are you referring to carrier unlocked? That has no bearing on it. Even unlocked bootloader w/custom recovery & S ON/OFF stock OS are capable of receiving the OTA notification but you those with a custom recovery will need to push the stock recovery back to work.

In answer to your question, you probably just haven't been hit yet in the OTA update push...

Software number 1.26.502.15
bootloader relocked and carrier unlocked for any GSM network, but I can not receive ota update.
where can I download RUU ? and how can I update

The RUU is readily available out there, I'm mobile or I'd locate and drop a link for you. Simple Google search should help you.

Not surprising- it is a huge download and the server looks to be getting clobbered at the moment...

turn your calender manually to the next day. then it will let you check and it will be there. happened to me, kept telling me to check back after 9 hours, i manually set the time and i got it.

You have to go into settting and change the hold down home button to bring up menu button and the dots will go away w the black bar
