AT&T HTC One X stuck on HBOOT, can't select items with power button

I can use the volume up and down buttons to "select" items, but pressing the power button doesn't activate them. I tried it on everything, fastboot, recovery, factory reset, etc. The power button physically works, as when I hold it down for ~20 seconds the phone reboots. It just comes back to the same screen though. It doesn't register on Windows when I plug it in either. From what I've read you have to be in fastboot for it to come up. Is there any way to fix it?
