Google Now "always listening" seems to have been disabled for the Note 4 in the Lollipop update. Can't activate the device when it's locked & screen off. That's a deal breaker for me. I had this functionality in Kitkat.
Anyone have this feature working or know how to enable? Tried uninstalling updates to Google search app. No good, the default version has been updated in Lollipop with the functionality removed.

And still no data network toggle in the quick settings menu. This for me is am issue because Google broke the ability to use aftermarket toggles so now it's the ios like method of multi steps to do 1 simple taskSorry...didn't want to post the whole post from Boufa... but am curious why the below were left off the note 4 on ATT.
Also is there anyway to get the multi user mode enabled? Or is there an app that would replicate it?
Thanks
Ed
2 - No flashlight from task bar
3- Can't "pin apps"
4 - No Multi User mode including Guests

Restores are one great advantage that iOS has over android. I hate having to set everything back up again.
The AT&T data network. Every carrier but AT&T has a toggle in quick settings.I'm not sure what toggles you want, but Power Toggles works with this update. I use it to quickly toggle Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Agreed. More times than not an app has gone rogue when things go wrong and a backup/restore only repeats the bug. Like doing a ghost write restore of your pc before removing the virus that broke it.Actually any time I've had a problem with my iPhone where I've needed to restore it I have been advised by an Apple Store employee NOT to restore from a backup as the issue will likely carry over from the backup. IMO backups are great if you lose your phone or switch to a new device, not so much if you're having problems.
I thought 5.0.2 was just a nexus 7 update.Be happy that you are getting 5.0.1 now. It would take another six months probably for them to get 5.0.2 ready and by then, 5.1 will be old.
I have no idea. I was just giving examples of how slow these updates would go.I thought 5.0.2 was just a nexus 7 update.

Do you mean during a call or silence the phone?People with the update, do you have a mute option in the notification shade?

I still have the volume toggle that you tap one for vibrate, twice for total silence.
I use Rocket Dial for calls, has its own mute during a call.
