No tips. It did have a SIM card it was just hidden. Man they really cheated us out of stuff this time. No headphones too.

You don't need the adapter if you're transferring a phone with type c connection. You can use your cable in the box to connect the devices.

Correction found the sim taped under a cover. No tips though or tool. And no transfer adapter like they use to send out. Ugh

Not sure if it was. On At&t page at least it wasn’t. Thankfully I had mine from my s9 plus laying around. It’s charging now and doing smart switch. So in the morning I can finish it.

I chatted with someone at Samsung and they said it goes live tomorrow.

I contacted them a few hours ago. They said that they aren't accepting entries until the 19th.

I just submitted my registration for the offer. Pretty easy. I just pulled up the order status on my phone and took a screenshot. It's pending approval, so hopefully it will get approved quickly.

You can go to the Samsung store app. In the hamburger menu in the top left go to my inbox. Under promotions it should be at the top. Click it and fill it out. I just did it, it's up and working now
