My Ultra just got approved for the credit. It says I'll receive it in 4-6 weeks...lol.

Ya I've never seen it take anywhere near that long though

I just got mine too, if I click the link to shop it only shows $100, using the code on Samsung.com it was $150.

Just spent both my credits on samsung shop. Keep in mind, you cannot combine the credits for one order....I was mad on that. So I bought the watch with the $150, then the beans live with the other one.

I would call them. I've heard a lot of people having this happen.
