i think the mid april date he mentioned is the release of the phone worldwide, they did say some major markets will get it earlier

I originally thought that also, but reading his reply to the question, it seems to be say that the FCC certification was not an issue and that it was their best performing phone. Their only hurdle is production and delivery to providers/customers and to expect mid-April delivery. Because of the FCC certification acknowledgement, that would imply the US market. Also reading his twitter convo with the person who asked seems to imply he knows the kid is from the US.

i honeslty dont know anymore, the only thing giving me hope right now is merrill lynch rumors, i just want to get rid off my iphone and move on to a android

Here's my prediction - right now AT&T seems all over promoting pre-order for Blackberry; arriving at your house on 20th; I think between Fri and Sun we should see a pre-order for the HTC One with it coming in around 1 week after.

I had an AT&T rep tell me he thought before the month was up, so no one seems to really know. HTC seems to be throwing the date on carriers, Rogers in Canada has it available for pre-order - and i can definitely see AT&T holding off til at least right after the blackberry launch.

The International galaxy s4 comes out in April. Not the US version. I bet May or June before it reach the big four.
