AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 - Chomp SMS Always Receive Two MMS

Every time someone sends me an image via text I get it twice. I had to set the APN for AT&T on my phone, maybe this is the cause? Otherwise I don't receive any messages.

Any ideas as to why I'm receiving two MMS every time someone sends one?

2 in the app? Did you set the default app to not show notifications?

It's two images in the app. When I receive an MMS and look at it in the app it has two images right after each other.
