Atrix wont boot after rooting and installing rom tools

I rooted my Atrix and then started tinkering with this and that. I should have read alot more before I did this as I'm not knowledgeable about rooting. I installed rom tools and tried to adjust the battery indicator and after I made this change the phone crashed and would no longer boot. It would just hang on the "M" Dual Core splash screen but would not start.

I went through a tutorial which had me unlock the phone. Now I have an Atrix which is unlocked but will not boot.

Can anyone help with this...I'd really appreciate some tips. thanks all!
