ATT Galaxy S3 is getting the 4.1.2 update today

Update seems good. Att has dropped 4 more att apps.

All the features are here, except I don't see notification panel toggles. Not too much of a big deal but still.

The toggles aren't there in the notification window? Ugh, that is almost a deal breaker for me. I use those constantly.

Which toggles are you talking about? Are you talking about the WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. toggles? If so, they're still there for me at least.

Use Kies if OTA won't work (it did the trick for my S4 in Mexico and has worked with my friend's S3 from AT&T). Also, it WON'T be the last update from AT&T for the S3; 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 have leaked this year and there's talk that they might just leap to 4.3 right after the S4 gets it. Alas, this is AT&T, you might have to wait quite a while to see it happen, but at least it'll happen...

"All that said, the Premium Suite update will bring goodies to include multi-window and Auto Share Shot as well as some additional camera related features and some other AT&T apps. Those camera related features include the Paper Artist app and Best Face options. The AT&T apps include some additional bloatware; Drive Mode, AT&T Locker; Family Map, Live TV and SmartWifi."

I guess this is all we are getting...?

To those that have received the 4.1.2 update, did it include apps to SD, like the S4? I believe that the apps to SD is part of Samsung's premium package that includes the split screen.

Can the apps to SD be confirmed with this update?

Thanks!!

There's no "Move to SD" button on any of my apps in the application manager. So I guess the answer is no.
Disappointing.

I really like the multi window feature as it allows viewing email from 2 accounts at the same time which is much quicker than manually selecting a 2nd account.

Take a look here.

It's not an app, it's an option in application manager. It will be either grayed out because the selected app does not support the move or it will be active for those apps that can be moved.

You'll have to download via Kies or move your phone's date forward 48 hours to re-attempt.

Will it cause problems if stopped? When I try to re-download will it start from the beginning?

Nope. AT&T's servers will look at you like you've already attempted the download and failed. In order to decrease load on their servers, they'll require you to wait another 48 hours to download (or move your phones date forward to trick the servers).

It's a once-or-nothing deal.

What are all of the new features that are gonna be included in this new update... FYI...I'm downloading the new update as we speak & located in Arizona
