ATT GS4 into Google GS4... is there a way

so im wondering now that google GS4 game out is there a way to compleatly wipe the ATT GS4 android and install the google android that would get all the latest updates and be compleatly unlocked.. kinda like buying a new computer from a store and formating and installing new windows on it..
