ATT S5 Lock ups in the middle of the night?

My S5 (ATT) Lollipop 5.0, has now locked up 2X in the middle of the night. It will light the screen and tell you it's 1:24 in the morning (or whatever time it locked), and then you can't do anything without a battery pull.

I had this happen once, and thought, fluke, then I did a factory reset, and it has happened again within a week.

Have any of you seen this?

Mine is doing the same thing. Ever since I did the update it lock up all the time and I have to remove battery just to get it to work. I have researched this problem and have not been able to fix it. My apps are stopping all the time as well. This is so frustrating.
