ATT Version Unlocked?

I am on Verizon. I am thinking of getting an ATT S3 Frontier if it is unlocked and using a cheap Pay As You Go Tmobile SIM.

It has an esim. You can't put a sim in it.

Not only are they locked, in addition, because of the eSIM, the S3 can't be used on any MVNO.
