What App are you asking about, there are only hundreds of sms / email / share applications ?

He's probably talking about here in the AC forums.

Either way, someone mentioned a few days ago that you have to go to the desktop version from your phone and upload from there.

Yep! Its only with Android central. You have to attach your pic on the desktop version. I'm not sure why their not fixing this
