Attention Evo Owners - Is the phone too big?

I want a new phone and love the specs of the EVo, but it just seems massive. What do you guys think after a week or so of having it?

Can it fit in a pocket?
Is it weird to hold while talking on?

Should I get it or not?

It fits comfortably in your pocket, but has a huge screen. It fits better than my Pre did.

Yes, is the biggest phone I've ever had... period. However is quite thin and feels good in the hand. After about a week I got totally used to the size and can't understand how I seemed to enjoy other punny little phones in the past.

Some will dislike the less pocket friendly size of the Evo. Others will love the wonderful big screen for video, gaming and web browsing.

As it was stated before, is a personal choice you have to make for yourself.

Used to have an iphone and I would never go back to the smaller size. This feels great. I keep it in pocket all the time.

its huge man, I wear tight jeans so yeah its bulging in the front pocket.

The size is fine for me, and I have fairly small hands. I think it's probably the maximum phone I'd want, though. No problem putting it in a front pocket, except maybe in tight jeans.

That was my first impression also but I got use to the size.Its a perfect size.

i have it and i think its huge..... i feel like throwing it in a bookbag instead of my pocket...
it might be because of its case..
i like the feel of it without it but i don't want to risk dropping it and not having any protection

It's odd that when I first saw it I thought it was huge, maybe even too big. But after having it for a couple of weeks, it feels just right. It even looks small at times. A friend if mine has a Hero, and my EVO dwarfs it. I do think that if it were any bigger, that it would not be believable as a phone.

Initially it feels a little big, but you quickly adjust. The only problem I have with the Evo's size is the placement of the home button all the way on the left. I have small hands and it its difficult for to reach the home button when I am holding the phone one handed. I would have preferred the home ams menu button to swap. But that is a personal preference and my own personal limitation. In the month I have owned it, the Evo has been most useful smart phone I have owned.

tallest phone i've ever had but much more pocketable than my BB Storm. I personally love the device. Although I don't think anything bigger would be manageable as a phone!

It's just right for my hand and my eyes.
I wanted a Pre but the screen was too small for me to read much.
The EVO is just right.
I would not carry it in a regular pants pocket, cargo yes.
Don't want a broken screen or case because I forgot it was there.
