Audio jack not working

I just bought this October 4th new. My audio jack just stopped working. Just the audio, if I'm using a microphone on the ear buds the microphone work still. I tried the ear buds on other devices and they work fine. I've tried different earbuds with the same result for each. It's international and I'm in the USA so I can't get warranty service. Does anybody know of a tear down video of these S2 tablets? There is no dust or objects in the microphone jack when I put a flashlight light down there.
