Audio out crackling when there is 4g activity.

My razr max is 2 days old now and audio crackles when using the 3.5mm jack into my car, radio, surround sound, computer speakers all using different cables. It happens whether there is music playing or not. It only happens when 4g is on and there is 4g activity happening. So most of the time. It gets worse when browsing or updating etc. 3g there is no issue

I went to the local verizon store and we tried 4 other razr maxxes all showed the same symptoms. Anyone else having this issue? Or is this a bad batch of phones or something? Anyone have any ideas?
