Audio Output: "This Phone" is not an available option for me?

Recently, my phone's (Samsung A22) speakers suddenly stopped working. Using plug-in and Bluetooth earphones makes the sound work just fine, but my phone speakers don't work on their own- can't hear videos without headphones, can't record voice messages, etc.

Then I looked up my audio output sources, and the only options I can switch between are my Bluetooth earphones, and a "Headset", which I don't have plugged in. I asked some friends to show me their audio output sources, and they all have an option called "This Phone", which I don't have.

Is that the problem with my speakers? Do I have the wrong audio output selected? If so, how do I get the "This Phone" option for my audio output?

They've worked just fine before, but all of a sudden, the sound was just gone without any signs of any damaged sound before that.

ALSO, I've already tried restarting and rebooting my phone multiple times, as well as turning off Bluetooth and plugging a pair of earphones in and out. I also tried resetting my app preferences, but none of these things have worked for me.

I'd really appreciate any clues or answers!
