Audio recording app with Auto Naming, for glossary pronunciation recording?

Hi,
I'm learning french and looking for an app that can be used to fast record a chapters glossary.
It will be used to record one mp3 file for each word or expression.
I would like to have some sort of auto naming, but I do not know if such an app exists.
If I could give it a file with each word that should be pronounced.
e.g.
glossary.txt

tu es
il est
elle est
and so on.

would give me an opportunity to record on the file names:

tu_es.mp3
il_est.mp3
elle_est.mp3
and so on.

If it is not possible to find an app like that,
perhaps an app with a base file name, e.g.
frenchChap3Word will produce:

frenchChap3Word01
frenchChap3Word02
frenchChap3Word03
frenchChap3Word04
and so on.
