I have all the files and started the auto root process. However, when it gets to the part of pushing PG05IMG.zip, busybox, etc... to the phone it sits there for 5mins and then the command box disappears. Am I doing something wrong? I have HTC Sync installed on the my computer. Do I have to install HTC Sync on my phone? Any help is appreciated.

I have run into this once before, try this: in the auto root folder remove PMSLEEP, make sure to save it somewhere first. then try to run the script

I'm unfortunately going to have to unroot. I'm experiencing reboot issues and will need to exchange. I don't mind a manual process I'd you have steps.

if you are using the old version i would start over from option 2 when you start the program

if you are using MR1 version do the following(MR1 would give you an error before sending you to recovery)

then you didnt flash, ok just hit the power button while bootloader is highlighted follow the same steps as earlier

after its one then reboot and you are done, when you open titanium backup you may need to hit the "problems" button and update busybox
