Autobrightness auto adjustments?

Has anybody noticed the system customizing autobrightness based on your preferences as stated in this article below? I always find myself turning down the brightness, but it doesn't seem to learn that it's too bright over time. It's a waste of battery life.

Mine didn't adjust to me over time.

If it does learn, it doesn't do it nearly as well as the Lux app does.

Interesting. I'm actually in love with this feature. It knows my home environment during both the day and night and my work environment at my desk and in the breakroom. It does a great job for me. Occasionally I will have to lower it at night since it will be a few ticks too bright.

I think mine works very good. The only thing I will do is to turn it up a tad in low light because of my eyes.
