Automatic touches (virus??)

[AC Question]

I have an Asus Transformer eepad tablet and a week a go started to have "automatic touches". That means that the tablet behaves like I'm touching the screen (the apps are minimized, the pages in the ebook reader are changing, etc). I think it might be a virus (the screen is clean!) but if I run the AVAST at some point is canceled due to the "automatic touches". What can I do?

It's probably not a virus, a lot of phones have that problem. Are you possible getting tiny drops of water on the screen from after washing your hands? That can do it.

No mate it's not a problem with the phone itself,
you might have changed something about the settings, so highly recommending check them again,
if not , you might just need to update your software,
been there once !
