This is true. Verizon has a history of crashing during heavy traffic. It was a pain during the Bionic pre order as well.

Doubt it. The inc was backordered because they did not have enough screens, samsung was hoarding them. Since samsung makes the screens that should not be an issue this time.

Verizon is a frustrating beast. At least it's the weekend which should make the wait easier. If this pans out, I wonder if online ordering would begin at midnight...

It would suck if this was like the Incredible launch. I had to wait 23 days to get mine, and I ordered mine almost a month after it released.

Weekend is the easy part. But if this does not pan out, its gonna be a rough Monday morning for some people after working themselves up all weekend.
